We are looking for an experienced Oracle OCI Database Administrator with 5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing Oracle databases across on-premises and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.

Location: Chennai

Work Model: Night Shift USA Alaska Time Zone

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle databases (19c, 23ai, 26ai).
Manage Oracle OCI services, including Base Database Service, Exadata Cloud Service, and Autonomous Database.
Perform database performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Implement and manage Data Guard, Active Data Guard, RMAN, RAC, and ASM environments.
Execute backup, recovery, patching, and security management activities.




Support database migration projects to OCI.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Automate routine tasks using Shell scripting and maintain Linux/Unix settings.

Required Skills:
Solid experience in Oracle Database Administration and Oracle OCI.
Hands-on experience with Data Guard, RMAN, RAC, ASM, and Exadata Cloud Service.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripting, and Linux/Unix administration.
Experience in database performance tuning, security, and cloud migration.
