Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead a team of telecallers to achieve daily targets through effective communication, motivation, and guidance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' skills in outbound sales techniques, product knowledge, and soft skills.
Monitor team progress, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements :
Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales with a solid track record of achieving targets.
Robust leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in team handling, target achievement, and outbound sales is desirable.
