Roles & Responsibilities:

Represent the organizations core values, including customer focus, commitment to results, and continuous improvement, through creative and effective solutions.

Engage with key decision-makers such as Admin, HR, Procurement, Trade Marketing, CXOs, and Finance Managers within corporate organizations to present and promote Adotrips services.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, preparation and delivery of business presentations and proposals, and successful deal closure.

Develop and maintain a structured monthly sales funnel to track progress and ensure target achievement.

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with current corporate clients while maintaining robust engagement with existing accounts.

Monitor and analyze market trends to assess competition and implement best practices for business growth.





Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and escalations to facilitate smooth operations and enhance client satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as MICE, Airline Operations, and Hotel Onboarding to drive cross-selling opportunities and integrated solutions.

Experience:

7 to 8 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably from the hospitality industry.

Key Success Factors:

Basic understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L;) management.

Strong communication and influencing abilities, along with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Exceptional presentation and business development capabilities with a proven track record in sales.

Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to achieving business objectives.
