Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Robot Framework to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in automation frameworks, CI/CD integration. Experience: 5 to 6 years. Location: Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework
Develop reusable keywords and libraries in Robot Framework
Automate Web, API, and Database testing
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
Execute regression, smoke, and integration test suites
Analyze test results and prepare detailed defect reports
Work closely with Dev, QA, and Business teams for requirement understanding
Maintain automation code in Git repositories
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards





Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Mandatory:
Solid programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with Robot Framework
Experience with SeleniumLibrary in Robot Framework
API automation experience (RequestsLibrary / REST APIs)
Positive understanding of OOPS concepts
Experience with Git version control
CI/CD pipeline integration knowledge
SQL knowledge for backend validation

Positive to Have:
Experience with PyTest / Behave
Experience in Docker or containerized test execution
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
Exposure to performance testing tools
Banking / Payments domain knowledge (preferred if relevant to your project needs)
