Role & responsibilities:

This role would include the following responsibilities but will not limited to:
Lead end-to-end investigations of complex fraud cases (card-not-present, e-commerce, tokenization fraud, ATO, mule accounts, cross-border fraud).
Identify emerging fraud trends such as:
Social engineering / phishing-driven card fraud
Account Takeover (ATO) & identity compromise
Mule networks & merchant collusion
Digital wallet/token fraud and e-commerce abuse
Build fraud intelligence frameworks integrating data from Falcon, transaction systems, alerts, and external sources.
Perform deep-dive data analytics to detect hidden fraud patterns using SQL
Develop early warning signals (EWS) and predictive insights.
Collaborate with strategy, tech, and product teams to translate insights into actionable controls.
Drive automation of investigation processes, case prioritization, and workflow optimization.
Lead and execute FRM transformation projects (AI/ML adoption,



system enhancements, rule automation).
Partner with law enforcement / networks (Visa/Mastercard) for fraud intelligence sharing and recovery.
Prepare high-impact management reporting with actionable recommendations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to communicate with internal and external management in all levels and in all aspects. Should be having valuable knowledge on market fraud cases.
Hands-on expertise in:
SQL / Python / SAS (preferred)
Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Experience with Falcon / other fraud monitoring platforms
