Role & responsibilities
Acquire recent IFA partners and onboard them.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing IFAs.
Drive Mutual Fund, SIP, and other investment product sales through the IFA channel.
Achieve AUM, SIP, revenue, and activation targets.
Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, and training sessions for IFAs.
Identify business prospects and increase wallet share from existing partners.
Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and provide end-to-end support.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records, MIS, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
NISM V-A (Mutual Fund) Certification preferred.
28 years of experience in the IFA/AMC/Broking/Financial Services industry.
Experience in Mutual Fund sales and IFA relationship management is preferred.
