Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Staffing Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring operations and manage a team of 46 recruiters. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare staffing, team leadership, and performance management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive delivery, improve processes, and meet aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles (nurses, allied health, physicians), ensuring timely and quality closures.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of 46 recruiters; set explicit KPIs, monitor daily/weekly performance, and drive productivity improvements.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development:




Design and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screening & Quality Control:
Oversee candidate screening, interviews, and shortlisting to maintain high standards of quality and role fit.
Compliance & Credentialing:
Ensure all candidates meet healthcare compliance requirements, including licenses, certifications, and background verification.

Key Skills Required
7+ years of experience US staffing with 2 to 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven team management and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced setting
Knowledge of compliance, credentialing, and hiring standards
Data-driven approach to decision-making
