Role & responsibilities
All reporting to HO and preparing the data as & when required
Handling of all audits (Revenue, statutory & Internal), Resolving all queries & preparing data which is required by auditors.
Making sure of the fee reconciliations every month.
Preparing the data for all agreement finalization and approvals.
Maintaining books of accounts on regular basis.
Day to day routine tasks of all vendor payments
All statutory compliances finalization (TDS, PF, PT, GST etc)
Fixed asset register maintenance in Accounting ERP.
Preparing all financial statements (Balance sheet, Income & expenditure, related schedules)
Preparing the yearly budget.
Timely submission of required documents to Charity Commissioner.
Finalisation of fees structure and concession policy.
Ensuring the application of the approved fee structures and other related policies.
Fund Management.
Maintaining investment schedule on day to day basis




Ensuring timeliness and correctness of the payments.
Ensuring Bank reconciliation on a daily basis.
Ensuring smooth functioning of finance department.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualified MBA Finance, M.Com or equivalent with robust experience in accounting, finance, and statutory compliance.
Sound knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, audits, taxation (GST, TDS, PF, PT), fund management, and accounting standards.
Proficient in Accounting ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial analysis with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate with auditors, management, banks, and regulatory authorities.
