Responsible for implementing and supporting environmental, health, and safety (EH&S;) programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, workplace safety standards, and environmental protection policies across operational areas. The role identifies workplace hazards, environmental risks, and unsafe conditions, supporting preventive actions and corrective measures to maintain secure working environments. It contributes to conducting safety audits, environmental monitoring, and compliance inspections, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and regulatory guidelines. The position participates in incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety reporting, helping improve safety performance and regulatory compliance. It also supports employee EH&S; training and awareness initiatives, while maintaining accurate safety documentation, audit records, and compliance reports to promote protected and sustainable operations.

Essential Functions:
Implement and monitor EH&S; policies, procedures, and safety systems




Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment activities
Perform routine safety inspections and internal EH&S; audits
Investigate safety, health, and environmental incidents and recommend CAPAs
Support environmental protection and waste management initiatives
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory EH&S; requirements
Deliver EH&S; training and safety awareness programs
Support process safety and operational risk management activities
Maintain EH&S; documentation, records, and compliance reports
Ensure quality documentation and audit readiness
Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and crisis response activities
Provide safety, security, and event-related EH&S; support as required

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B. Sc. - Required
Master Degree (MS/MA) M.Sc. - Preferred

Experience:
1 year or more in 1 - 4 Years
