Key Responsibility:

Job Summary

Responsible for end‑to‑end import operations, ensuring timely customs clearance, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and coordinated delivery of imported goods.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage import shipments from origin to plant, ensuring on time clearance and delivery.
Verify supplier documents and coordinate with CHA for customs clearance and Bill of Entry filing.
Ensure compliance with import laws, customs regulations, and license conditions.
Track consignments, coordinate with forwarders, ports/CFS, and utilize free periods to avoid delays and costs.




Prepare customs duty calculations, coordinate duty payment, and support license or fund transfer approvals.
Coordinate advance payments and supplier payments with purchase, accounts, and banks.
Arrange delivery orders, airport/port clearance, E‑waybill generation, and inbound transportation.
Coordinate with planning, production, and stores teams for delivery scheduling.
Handle customs queries, penalties, and coordinate with ADC/Chartered Engineer when required.

Support troubleshooting and negotiation with freight forwarders, CHA, and foreign suppliers.

Knowledge and Skills:
Must be able to communicate and develop belongingness in the team
Ability to understand concept parameters of own function and integrating with other functions
leading to application possibilities.
Ability to coordinate with people. Must be able to possess solid interpersonal skill

Candidate should have relevant experience in Import Operations
