What Youll Do:
Handle outbound calls with patients in the U.S. market
Support patient balance follow-ups and collections
Maintain accurate reports and tracking systems
What Were Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience in international outbound calling
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Basic understanding of Revenue Cycle Management
DrChrono experience is an added advantage
