About the Role:

Segula Technologies is inviting enthusiastic female MBA freshers to join our agile team as HRBP Interns in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on exposure to HR Business Partnering
Opportunities to work on live HR projects
A pathway to transition into a full time HRBP role based on performance
Partner with HRBPs in delivering HR services across business units
Support onboarding, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives




Conduct client site visits for engagement activities (feedback sessions, events, well-being drives)
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client use
Contribute to HR policy reviews and ensure compliance.

Stipend & Opportunity:
Stipend offered during the internship.
Successful interns will be converted to Permanent role with Segula
