Responsible for handling post-sales technical concerns related to
BIW (Body in White) and Trims components. The role involves plant
visits, field issue resolution, coordination with manufacturing and
quality teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in diagnosing and resolving field issues related to BIW and Trims.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Participate in plant visits to coordinate with production and quality teams.
Support warranty claim validation and technical documentation.
Collaborate with service/dealer teams under guidance.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of BIW structures, trims, and automotive assembly.
Understanding of production processes and quality standards.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
