About the
role

This isn't a passive, observation -only internship. You'll be embedded
at the center of business and operations, acting as a key analytical support to
the CEO. You'll gather, structure, and surface information that directly shapes
how the company moves — and you'll be expected to take ownership of making
things happen, not just report on them.

What you'll
do

Work directly with the CEO to track strategic
priorities, business metrics, and operational initiatives

Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple
sources — internal tools, spreadsheets, surveys, and operational feeds

Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give
leadership a real -time pulse on key metrics

Prepare crisp, well -structured briefs, summaries,
and decks for CEO -level reviews and meetings

Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in
data and present findings with explicit, actionable recommendations

Support operations by tracking workflows, flagging
bottlenecks, and driving process improvements

Coordinate across teams on behalf of the CEO's
office — follow up on deliverables and keep initiatives on track





Own small projects end -to -end — from scoping and
data collection to analysis and presenting results

Must -haves

Solid working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
(pivot tables, formulas, basic modelling)

Excellent written and verbal communication — you
can distill complexity into clarity

Comfort in the room with senior leaders — you're
confident, not intimidated

High ownership mindset — you follow through without
being chased

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree
in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
