Assembly Line Operations
Manage and monitor BIW / Trims / Chassis assembly processes
Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety norms
After-Sales Support
Analyze field failures related to BIW / Trims / Chassis
Coordinate with service teams to resolve customer issues
Provide technical support for warranty and service concerns
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain production records, SOPs, and process documentation
Generate daily/weekly reports on production and quality metrics
Required Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge of automotive assembly processes (BIW / Trims / Chassis)
Experience in assembly line operations (mandatory)
Exposure to after-sales / service support (mandatory)
Valuable understanding of quality tools (7 QC tools, root cause analysis)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / TPM concepts
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
Relevant experience in automotive manufacturing (OEM / Tier-1 preferred)
Key Note:
This role does NOT involve design responsibilities
Candidates with pure design/R&D; background will not be considered
