Technical Skills
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes settings.
Hands-on support experience with MongoDB.
Knowledge of Apache Kafka troubleshooting.
Scripting skills in Python and Shell Scripting (Bash/Korn Shell).
Experience with monitoring and observability tools:
Dynatrace
Elastic Stack (ELK)
Logscale/Humio
Experience with log analysis and performance monitoring.
Understanding of microservices architecture and APIs.
