We are seeking a for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruitment Intern to join for our recruitment agency working in non IT Market.
Week 5 days (Mon-Fri).
Full Time 10am-6pm
Key Responsibilities
Search for job seekers on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Read through resumes and check if applicants match job needs.
Set up phone calls and virtual video interviews between candidates and managers.
Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring lists clean and correct.
Answer basic questions from applicants and update them on their status.
