Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Service Manager to lead our two-wheeler service operations. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, technical knowledge, customer service expertise, and the ability to achieve workshop productivity and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the service workshop.
Lead, motivate, and monitor Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Staff.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per the promised delivery time (PDT).
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality of repairs.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Ensure implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor warranty claims, repeat repairs,



and quality issues.
Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Plan technician training and skill development programs.
Monitor spare parts availability by coordinating with the Parts Department.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
Achieve workshop revenue, labour sales, and customer satisfaction targets.
Ensure proper documentation of all service records and job cards.
Coordinate with management for business improvement initiatives
