Coordination with locations till we get our requirement ongoing process.
Checking of artwork - current products. For existing products if any change
Maintaining quality at all Third-Party locations
Recommendation & outsourcing new molecules, recent combinations with existing and or new locations.
Coordination with approved vendors for timely supply of RM / PM for products being manufactured on loan license.
Improvement in yield wherever possible.
Coordination with International Division for their overseas requirement.
Coordination with Distribution Department.
Coordination with Nashik QC Dept. for analysis and with R&D; Dept. for improvement in existing products and development of current products.
To coordinate with locations for timely receipt of G.I.N and C.O.A for
RM / PM. Also for monthly stock statement cutoff date 25th of every month.
Preparation of monthly production schedule location-wise.
Preparation of monthly requisition of RM / PM for the products manufactured on loan license.
Information to locations about production on 15th of every month about production to be planned in next month.
