Employee Assistance & Grievance Handling (30%): Resolve employee queries, conduct communication sessions, and enhance the employee experience.
Statutory Compliance (20%): Ensure all branch operations meet legal and regulatory standards in collaboration with the ER team.
Health & Safety (10%): Promote secure working procedures and maintain the highest standards of safety norms.
