Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Bridge business and technical teams like Developer , QA Team , BA Team to ensure transparent communication, solution alignment, and successful delivery.
Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support solution design, testing (UAT), and implementation.
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and maintain key project documentation (BRDs, functional specifications, user manuals).
Plan and manage end-to-end project execution, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure quality delivery through testing, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and successful project closure.

Key Skills & Competencies
Solid expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.




Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
End-to-end knowledge of the project lifecycle (initiation to closure).
Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
Robust capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
Expertise in risk management, change management, and stakeholder negotiation.
Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe) is a plus.
Prior experience in [ IT / Finance / Healthcare / etc.] preferred.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise software solutions is an added advantage.
