Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer vehicle service requests.
Prepare job cards and inspect vehicles.
Coordinate with technicians for timely service.
Update customers on service progress.
Explain repair work, estimates, and delivery timelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service-related queries.
Maintain service records and follow dealership SOPs.
Preferred Candidate
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
6 months to 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automobile service center.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and vehicle maintenance.
Experience in dealership/service center is preferred.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
