Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end lateral hiring for various roles across IT and RCM domains.
Source and screen candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support employer branding and internal HR initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or RCM (Healthcare) recruitment.
Solid sourcing and screening skills using multiple recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Positive understanding of recruitment processes and timelines.
Bachelors degree in HR or a related field preferred.
