Analyst - WFM Planning & Scheduling | IEX, Alvaria, Workforce Management, Scheduling Analyst

Seeking an experienced WFM Planning & Scheduling Analyst with solid expertise in Workforce Management, scheduling, forecasting, intraday planning, workforce optimization, and contact center operations. Responsible for schedule generation, IDP/intraday planning, forecast uploads, staffing optimization, shrinkage planning, scheduling analysis, queue management, and real-time schedule adjustments using IEX, Alvaria, eWFM, SQL, and Power BI. Robust experience in contact center WFM operations, scheduling automation, workforce analytics, reporting, SLA management, and stakeholder coordination required. Candidates should have experience managing high-volume international operations, scheduling workflows, workforce forecasting, and schedule optimization in fast-paced BPO/customer support settings. Experience with WFM tools, reporting dashboards, workforce analytics, and scheduling process improvement strongly preferred.
