We are seeking an experienced Industry Expert/Corporate Trainer to conduct industry -oriented sessions, workshops, and training programs for students in colleges and educational institutes. The candidate will bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by delivering practical, skill -based training.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct industry -based training sessions, workshops, and seminars in colleges and institutes.
Deliver practical knowledge, case studies, and real -world industry insights to students.
Design and update training content based on current industry trends.
Guide students on career prospects, employability skills, and industry expectations.
Conduct interactive sessions on emerging technologies, workplace skills, and career development.
Assess student participation and provide feedback for improvement.
Coordinate with academic institutions to schedule training programs and workshops.
Support placement readiness activities such as mock interviews, resume building, and aptitude sessions.
Maintain reports and feedback of conducted sessions.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
3–4 years of industry experience in the respective domain.
Prior experience in training, mentoring, or conducting workshops is preferred.
Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
Robust understanding of industry trends and practical applications.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
