Application Support and Maintenance - Healthcare Provider (Payroll and Labor Analytics)
Skills supporting workforce management platforms (e.g., UKG/Kronos), including timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, and rules configuration.
Ability to manage payroll processing workflows, pay calculations, retro adjustments, and payroll interface integrations with HRIS/Finance systems.
Experience working with labor analytics dashboards, labor productivity reporting, staffing metrics, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in troubleshooting badge readers, time clocks, mobile timekeeping, and shiftbased configurations across multiple departments.
Understanding of compliance rules including FLSA, overtime, rounding rules, union contracts, differentials, and audit requirements.
Ability to support scheduling and staffing tools, including oncall rotations, shift bidding, and provider/nurse scheduling integrations (e.g., Qgenda).
Experience working with Payor Strategies systems like DailyPay,AMiON,Attestation and other similar applications"
