Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to lead end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, validation coordination, and cross-functional leadership within manufacturing or regulated settings. Key Skills: MES Project Management Project Planning & Governance RAID & Stakeholder Management Validation (CSV) & UAT Coordination Budget, Resource & Vendor Management Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end MES project delivery from planning through hypercare and handover. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and change control. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Engineering, OT, IT, and vendors. Drive governance, executive reporting, testing, validation readiness, and project financial tracking. Support change management, training, cutover planning, and operational transition.
