Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Showroom Sales, preferably within the Modular Kitchen, Furniture, Interior Design, or Home Improvement industry.
Proven track record of business generation through Architects and Interior Designers (AID network).
Valuable understanding and hands-on experience in kitchen designing, including layouts, modules, accessories, materials, and finishes.
Strong Architect & Interior Designer (AID) connects across Ahmedabad and the Gujarat market.
Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage and close high-value sales opportunities.
Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams such as design, operations, installation, and project execution teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Target-driven qualified with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals.
Robust commercial acumen with the ability to handle end-to-end customer engagement, from lead generation to project closure.
