Drive QA facilitation and Delivery excellence initiatives in AD(Agile, iterative, and waterfall) and AM engagements aligning to client and organizational expectations.
Identify risks/ business alerts related to Delivery, quality, and process and report to management
Support engagement in collecting operational data, analyzing metrics, and implementing agile concepts effectively.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between QA and delivery teams
Provide orientation/training to delivery teams on various QMS processes, quality initiatives, and standards




Experience in conducting quality audits and reviews to identify delivery challenges early and report to management.
Define processes, guidelines, prepare templates, checklists, and standardize and maintain
Very valuable knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 27701, CMMI Dev L5, CMMI SVC L5, and handling external audits
Good knowledge in 7 Quality tools, Minitab, Power BI for data analysis and presentation
Collaborate with the lead/managers to identify necessary improvements
Robust oral and written communication, interpersonal skills
Certifications on ITIL, Agile, ISO 9K, 27K LA, are desirable
