Candidate will manage site, manpower, contractors, attendance & work according to the drawings & will report to the senior management.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues during construction.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Manage and supervise a team of site engineers, technicians, and laborers.
