Role & responsibilities
Execute civil, structural, architectural, and industrial construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure timely completion of assigned work fronts.
Coordinate with the Project Manager for work planning and resource allocation.
Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities to achieve project milestones.

Site Supervision
Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and work crews.
Monitor productivity of labour and subcontractors.
Ensure availability and effective utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and tools.
Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.

Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with planning, billing, procurement, QA/QC, safety, and MEP teams.
Prepare and review daily, weekly,



and monthly work schedules.
Track progress against the project plan and report delays with corrective actions.
Participate in project review meetings with management and clients.

Quality Control
Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, IS codes, and contract requirements.
Coordinate inspections with QA/QC engineers and client representatives.
Monitor concrete works, reinforcement, structural fabrication/erection, finishing works, and industrial installations.
Ensure rectification of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and quality observations.
