Summary :

Prepare technical documentation consistent with the design documentation, intended for the customer or the Group Service Team.

Main tasks & key responsibilities :
Develop and distribute technical documentation covering installation, electrical connections, commissioning, use, and maintenance of supplied assemblies.
Manage and update standard templates used to create manuals for modular assemblies within the defined product range.
Organize, improve, and maintain existing technical documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Prepare and issue lists of consumable and critical spare parts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsEngineering, Production, Service, and Qualityto gather and verify technical information for inclusion in documentation.
Use specialized software to process and integrate images into manuals and technical documents.
Oversee the translation process for technical manuals, coordinating with external translation providers to ensure accuracy and consistency.




Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal documentation policies.

Optimize content formatting and presentation for different media and target audiences.

Hard skills :
Mechanical background; electrical knowledge is considered a plus.
Knowledge of machine assembly.
Familiarity with CAD software and technical illustration tools, particularly SolidWorks Composer.
Familiarity with content authoring and publishing tools (i.e., MadCap Flare).

Familiarity with Power Platform tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related technical field).

Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word.

2 to 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
