Responsibilities:
Guide students in selecting suitable IT courses based on their interests, aptitude, and career goals.
Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, and career prospects.
Assess student aptitude and recommend appropriate training programs.
Address student queries related to academics and career guidance.
Collaborate with trainers and faculty to stay updated on curriculum and schedules.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-ups.
Support the admission and enrollment process for prospective students.
Stay updated on IT industry trends and job market requirements.
Utilize CRM tools to manage student data and track interactions.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA in Sales, Marketing, or IT Management preferred).
Degree in Education, Psychology, IT, or a related field is an added advantage.




Prior experience in academic counseling or student support is preferred.
Basic understanding of IT courses and career pathways.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach.
Robust collaboration and coordination skills.
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and student needs.
