Quality Analyst (4+years Expereince)We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 4+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate is proactive, quality-driven, and capable of independently managing end-to-end testing activities. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality product delivery through effective test planning, execution, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications
Perform manual testing along with basic automation testing to ensure product quality and reliability
Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman or similar
Identify, log, and track defects with transparent reproduction steps, severity, and supporting evidence
Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure system stability across releases
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues
Maintain up-to-date test documentation, reports,



and dashboards
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver with TestNG (or similar frameworks)
Strong experience in API testing using Postman (REST APIs)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for database validation
Valuable understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have
Exposure to ServiceNow platform and Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Basic programming/scripting knowledge in Java or Python
Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray
Experience in client-facing roles or stakeholder interaction
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git
