What You ll do at ather:
SPOC for the Component Quality issues at Factory.
Support to Factory team for Containment Actions to support the SPR (Straight Pass Ratio) for Vehicle plant Battery Plant.
SPOC for Suppliers / Suppliers QRE to define the Problem quantum of the failure.
Keeping track of all Containment actions / ICAs closure.
FTRs for the CAPA parts at Factory effectiveness monitoring.
Establishing RCA (Root Cause Anaysis) with MQA (Manufacturing Quality)
Work hand in hand with IQC, IPQC, MQA Logistics teams for sustenance of Component Quality.
Impact analysis for Change Requests.

Here s What we Are Looking for:
Knowledge on Component s manufacturing processes and Quality, preferably for automotive projects.
Expertise in 8D, 7QC tools, DMAIC, PPAP, and APQP
Robust communication skills and analytical skills.

You Bring to Ather:
B.E or equivalent with Specialization in Automobile / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical
59 years of relevant experience in Supplier Quality / Manufacturing Quality
Basic knowledge of commodities like Casting / Machining/Plastics / Fabrication Electricals Electronics parts.
