Job Description

We are looking for a moƟvated and energeƟc Sales & MarkeƟng Assistant to support markeƟng and sales acƟviƟes for a residenƟal apartment complex. The candidate should have positive communicaƟon skills and basic knowledge of customer handling and markeƟng.

Responsibilies:
Handle customer inquiries and site visit coordinaƟon
Support apartment sales and follow-ups with leads
Coordinate with brokers, customers, and internal teams
Maintain customer data and sales records
Help organize markeƟng campaigns and events

Qualifications

Requirements:
1–2 years’ experience in sales or markeƟng preferred
Positive communicaƟon and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and social media knowledge
Self-moƟvated and professional aƫtude
Real estate or construcƟon industry experience is a plus
