Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
Train, motivate, and mentor advisors to improve productivity.
Drive life insurance sales through the agency channel.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor advisors performance and provide regular coaching.
Generate business through field activities and customer meetings.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and advisors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
Support advisors in closing high-value insurance cases.
