Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented qualified to lead the Specialty Lab

Solutions (SLS) portfolio, including Hematology Analysers, Nephelometers, and related specialty

diagnostic solutions. The role focuses on business development, technical and value-based

selling, customer engagement, market expansion, and supporting sales teams to drive

sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth, market penetration, and new business development for the SLS

portfolio.
Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and value-selling discussions.
Build and manage relationships with clinicians, laboratory heads, KOLs, and key

customers.
Plan and execute CMEs, workshops, and scientific engagement activities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Application teams to support strategic





accounts and customer retention.
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to management.

Experience & Qualifications
10–15 years of experience in Diagnostics/Healthcare industry.
Strong expertise in specialty diagnostic products, particularly Hematology Analysers and

related solutions.
Experience with multinational healthcare/diagnostic organizations preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field; MBA/M.Sc. would be

added advantage.
