We are seeking an experienced and result-driven General Manager – MICE / Corporate Sales to lead our MICE and corporate sales function. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record of building business, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth within a reputed travel company.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute MICE / Corporate Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Secure current MICE business from corporate clients and associations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key MICE clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Manage contracts, invoicing, and payments for MICE bookings.
Lead and mentor the MICE sales team.




Collaborate closely with Operations and Events teams.
Monitor market trends and represent the company at MICE trade shows and industry events.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in MICE / Corporate Sales from a reputed travel company, with a proven track record.
Solid negotiation, closing, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
