Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
Support customers with warranty, certification, and jewellery care information.
Maintain a qualified and customer-friendly communication style.
Meet customer satisfaction and response time targets.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
