Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge of interior works, be capable of coordinating with vendors and labor teams, and maintain accurate site documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily site operations.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Possess basic knowledge of interior fit-out works, including ceiling heights, measurements, and finishing activities.
Prepare and maintain BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and other project-related documentation.
Track material requirements and coordinate timely deliveries.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, supervisors, and labor teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation in Excel.
Ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.




Assist in resolving in office issues by coordinating with the project team.
Support the Project Manager in overall site execution and reporting.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in site coordination, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
Basic technical understanding of interior execution and site measurements.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
