Senior Manager – Third-Party Risk Management (Non-Vendor TPRM)

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to lead the governance and execution of non-vendor third-party risk management processes within the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) setting. The role is responsible for overseeing the onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding of non-vendor third-party relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and internal risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of non-vendor third-party relationships, including onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding.
Conduct third-party risk assessments and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Develop, maintain, and enhance TPRM policies, governance frameworks, and operating procedures.
Monitor risk metrics, prepare management reports, and provide strategic insights for process improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.
Collaborate with Business, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to manage third-party risks effectively.




Lead and mentor the TPRM team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Utilize data analytics and reporting to improve risk management processes and decision-making.
Required Experience & Skills
10–12+ years of banking experience with 7–10 years in Third-Party Risk Management, Operational Risk, Governance, or Risk & Controls.
Solid understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), risk assessments, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), Financial Institutions, Correspondent Banking, or related banking functions is preferred.
Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and leading teams.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with risk management tools and data analytics is an advantage.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
