Job Description:

Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
Build and support integration with enterprise applications.
Implement ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions.
Configure Service Mapping and Event Management.
Support GRC and ITAM implementations.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in Agile delivery teams and client workshops.
