Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of passenger and goods lifts.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in elevators.
Maintain lift motors, control panels, door operators, sensors, limit switches, and safety devices.
Carry out testing, commissioning, and inspection of lift systems.
Attend emergency lift breakdown calls and restore operations quickly.
Read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and lift schematics.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Maintain service reports, inspection records, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with OEM/service vendors for major repairs and shutdown activities.
