Tender Search & Tracking: Monitor online portals (such as government e-marketplaces or corporate bidding sites) daily to identify relevant business prospects.Document Analysis: Read and review tender notices, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and technical or commercial specifications.Bid Preparation: Compile, format, and complete all required documentation, pricing schedules, and pre-qualification questionnaires.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather inputs, clearances, and approvals.Submission & Tracking: Upload bids digitally or submit physical documents before deadlines, and track application statuses through final results.Record Keeping: Maintain organized logs of all active, submitted, won, and lost tenders.
