Reporting To: Head of PPE Business

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM – Gujarat) to lead and drive B2B sales of PPE and industrial safety products across the Gujarat region. The role requires solid exposure to industrial, EPC, and project-based sales along with dealer network management and key account handling.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional sales and business development across Gujarat
Manage and expand dealer / channel partner network
Handle key accounts and oversee payment collections
Engage industrial, EPC, and project-based clients through meetings and presentations
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets
Conduct product demos and promote PPE solutions
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Candidate Profile:
7–10 years experience in B2B industrial sales
Experience in Industrial Safety / Fire Fighting / PPE / EPC preferred
Robust leadership, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel across Gujarat

Qualification & Details:
DME / BE / B.Sc / MBA (Preferred)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
