Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, chats, and emails professionally.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
Maintain customer data and update CRM records.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Eligibility:
Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹9,669.58 - ₹15,000.00 per month
