Role and Responsibilities:
To participate more fully in daily tasks, especially when health conditions compromise their abilities.
Individualized treatment programs based on each patient’s needs, considering physical, social, psychological, and environmental factors.
Realistic goals with meaningful outcomes and develop strategies to achieve them .
Collaboration with other specialists and patients’ caregiver to provide holistic care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment reports, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
