Required Skills & Qualifications
At-least 4–7 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a related discipline.
Advanced proficiency in SQL (must-have).
Solid working knowledge of PySpark with at-least 2years of hands-on knowledge (must-have).
Experience with Python (valuable to have).
Expertise in data modeling.
Solid business analysis, logical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth understanding of data governance, data domains, and product design.
Background in banking, wholesale banking, or regulatory reporting (must-have)
Proven experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies (positive to have).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Good to Have
Experience with market data vendors and financial data domains.




Familiarity with Hadoop, MS Office, Confluence, and JIRA.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the collection, organization, and processing of complex data sets to create high-quality data assets.
Drive data analysis, data modeling, and data quality initiatives to support strategic business goals.
Own documentation of solution designs and oversee the drafting and execution of comprehensive test scenarios.
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide expert guidance on data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate and support change management activities across multiple concurrent projects.
Oversee implementation management, including planning, controlling, and reporting on solution deployment, with a focus on risk mitigation and benefit realization.

Mentor and guide junior data analysts or small teams as needed.
