Job Description
:Lead execution of acquisition workstreams in partnership with the Corporate Development Team to meet or exceed the Company’s acquisition growth plan
.Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential acquisition targets by analyzing strategic fit, financial performance, market position, operational capabilities, and key risks
.Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, synergy assessments, investment memos, and executive-ready presentations using Company standard formats
.Manage due diligence processes, including data room requests, advisor coordination, cross-functional workstreams, issue tracking, and timely escalation of risks and decision points
.Partner with legal, finance, tax, operations, HR, IT,



and external advisors to support transaction structuring, negotiation inputs, signing, closing, and transition planning
.Collaborate with the integration team to develop practical post-closing integration plans, track value-creation initiatives, and ensure alignment with deal thesis and business objectives
.Prepare concise updates for senior leadership on pipeline status, deal economics, diligence findings, integration readiness, risks, and recommended next steps
.Mentor analysts or junior team members, review analytical work product, and help strengthen Corporate Development tools, processes, templates, and reporting standards
